A: We service many computers that are infected and 99% of the time we are able to remove the infected items and get your computer back to normal conditions without formatting your drive. You can expect your service bill to be between $60 and $90 depending on how badly infected your computer was.
Q: How long will you have my computer if I bring it in for repair or service?
A: Depending on what is wrong with your computer, we typically have the repair or service completed the same day or the next business day.
